By accessing or using FlowERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
FlowERP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features subject to plan limits (5 users, 2 warehouses). No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted until a paid plan is selected.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into FlowERP. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plan customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their contracts.
You may not use FlowERP to engage in any unlawful activity, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with the platform's operation. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Suvora Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
